Reaction Rates Industry Activity

Instructions

1. Break the class into groups of 4-6 people.
2. Each group selects one of the following:
   • surface area • temperature
   • concentration • catalyst
3. The groups then work together to design an A3 poster. The poster is based an tpedicindustria I
   application/usage from the list of factors affecting the reaction rate.
4. Each group should have a:
   leader • time keeper
   • equipment gatherer • researcher(s)
   • designer(s)
5. Once complete, the group can present the work to the entire class.
6. Pin the completed poster to the classroom wall.
   NB: Use of electronic media is an option, e.g. Powerpoint.
